Bryan Short Delivers Keynote Address for Association of Brazilian Shopping Centers

Bryan Short was recently selected to appear as a keynote speaker at the ABRASCE (Associação Brasileira de Shopping Centers) at their annual event Legal Aspects of Shopping Centers. Mr. Short spoke at length (in Portuguese) concerning the numerous important differences between leasing in Brazil versus the United States and the many challenges that Brazilian Shopping Center owners face when creating a leasing plan for their shopping center. Several “lessons learned” and particularly important leasing improvements to be adopted by Brazilian Shopping Center owners were addressed and highlighted. As always, Mr. Short tempered his insightful commentary with good humor.

As disclosed by ABRASCE in their write up of the event, never has the event garnered such a large audience in attendance and had such a strong and positive reaction from attendees.
